SHIPPING

KB Favors ships orders within the continental United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Additional shipping charges are incurred to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. (We do not ship on weekends or holidays.) Personalized or custom items may take up to 14 business days. Because of the time constraints of special occasions, orders for wedding favors or essentials should be placed 3 to 4 weeks prior to your event. Allow additional time for personalized or custom items.

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipping charges are calculated automatically, by weight, in the shopping cart. Your order tracking information will be forwarded as soon as it is available. Certain items may be shipped via USPS or Fed-Ex. Some items will be shipped seperately.

We Accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
 

FRAUD

We check all orders very carefully, and we do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require that all orders ship to the same address as the credit card billing address. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with secure online technology. When you place your order, your IP address, date and time are collected.
 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

KB Favors will NOT sell, trade. or give out your information to anyone. The information you provide will be used only to process your order, to reply to your feedback, or to send you additional information on special offers. You may chose to discontinue any contacts from KB Favors.


 

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at kbfavors@msn.com within 30 days for a return authorization, refund or replacement. Returned items must be unused, and with original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges, except in cases where items are damaged.

Personalized items may not be returned.
 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

At times, certain items will be shipped from other outstanding vendors in association with KB Favors. Because of this, some items may be shipped seperately.


 

BACK-ORDERED OR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally, particular items may become temporarily unavailable or discontined without notice.

Should an item become unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement or refund if the availability date is not suitable.
